The College of Charleston used to have an "accepted" rate of about 40-45%. So I would assume it is the most selective college in South-Carolina because the University of SC and Furman both have acceptance rates around 65%.

Apart from being selective the College of Charleston is also a very good school in an interesting town.

Clemson and College of Charleston are the most selective, according to US News & World Reports.
