I need to get motivated to workout. When Im working out and watching TV I usually just stop and watch tv even durong commercials. When I listen to the radio I also just stop. I need to have something there or else I just leave. Any suggestions

i want to get waves in my hair but my hair is naturally straight. please do not suggest braiding because that doesnt work for me. i would really lke big waves. i want big beach waves without braiding or using alot of product. i also will not sleep with my hair wet! 10 to best respnse!!!

my aunt and uncle both smoke 2 or 3 packs a day. they have 3 children. 2 out of 3 have learning disabilities. the family rarely any money because of the nicotine addiction mixed with a dunkin dounuts addiction. they need money to fix theyre house but no one will give it to them because they will spend it on cigarettes. so they dont have enough money to afford any treatment because i highly doubt either of them will use the patch or chew the gum. i really worry about them because they are my godparents and theyre kids are at risk too. so if you have any ideas or know anything that works please help.

So i played WR my freshman year didnt really like it even tho i was first string with 24 WR's behind me. but i always had a thing for the QB position i cant really throw that far but im really accurate when it comes to passing. but when i play infront of alot of people i get really scared and screw up i was wondering if there were any tips that would help me get better and over come the fear of playing infront of everyone. i really dont wanna play because i just missed my sophmore year of football cause i fractured my ribs skateboarding so trying out for QB my juniour year during varsity year would suck because other backs that played since freshman year are probably alot better than me and i dont feel like getting benched

There are several Photoshop programs, I believe... which is the best overall?
I'd use it to make avatars/icons, banners, signatures, and other things for people online, as well as for my own Livejournal and such. Right now I'm using Microsoft PictureIt!, but I'd love to have more interesting choices with tools and such.

This is a research question. To run a bus for three hours non stop, would you choose a bus with a toilet in preference to one with out and if so , would you be prepared to pay a little more for the service.

Any other comments about toilets in buses would be apprectiated

l getting to buy my very 1st house and paying my real estate agent the money she need toward the house you figure that out then you get stop by the police twice in one week.mind you i am not from this town of houston i am from new orleans. got 3 tickets in 1 week. but i just keep trusting in God that thing will work out because that all i can trusting in his word. Can I get genital warts around the anus (or what seems like warts: there seem to be two of them and they're protusions from the skin around the anus) and not have an STD, especially since I'm a virgin (bu have engaged in self-masturbation, but not the kind where you stick things up there, only hands around the vaginal area). I've read that you can get warts if you perspire a lot down there (because a moist environment if good for growing). Is that true? What else can it be if you have two protusions (not a whole lot) of skin around the anus which seem like warts (and only the anus not the vagina or other areas); I've just discovered it today, and it's not painful or anything)?....

I am 35 weeks pregnant. I think my mucus plug is coming out. I am dilated to at least 4 (I was at 4 last Wednesday). My doctor said I was 91% -1. I have been having cramps, sometimes regular like contractions. I have been to the hospital and they had me on observation for 3 hours. They said the contractions were not regular, but my sister and I thought they were. I have had 2 doctors and 3 nurses say that everything was fine, but I don't think so. What should I do?
