I need to get motivated to workout. When Im working out and watching TV I usually just stop and watch tv even durong commercials. When I listen to the radio I also just stop. I need to have something there or else I just leave. Any suggestions

I find hard rock to be best to get me in the mood to workout but if that doesn't help then stand shirtless in front of the mirror before exercising and picture what you would like to look like and use that to motivate you through your workout.

You have to give yourself a mental pep talk...turn the tv off, and find some music that really gets you going. Picture the end result. You can do it. I have faith in you. :)

turn off the t.v. and turn on some relaxing music
