Listen why do we keep getting into these rants about why are whites so lazy why are blacks so lazy why are mexicans so stupid.Since coming to this site I have felt like im becoming racist as are some of rest of you.I think we need to remember some things. illegal immigrants are criminals no matter what race they are.2nd They are human.They all have reasons for what they do.If there was a way to weed out all violent criminals and theives as well as screen for diseases I think alot more of Americans would be open to sharing the country with illegals.Also we dont want to pay for them to have babies here .Thats thousands and thousands of dollars we spend each year. What do you think? I would like to find a compassionate yetworth while solution to the immigration debate without become a biggot.From now on I will not respond to biggotted posts.

Las time I posted a legal question here almost everyone was wrong. So please only answer if you can help. Thank you!! Anyway I had a case this spring which I pleaded not guilty to and the state dismissed it with out prejudice. Unfortunatley I still owe my defense lawyer $250. He has given me a few exstentions, and Im trying to pay him back. Im three months late with the payment. Now he is saying if I dont pay him, he will call the states attorney general and have the case reinstated. Can he do this? I already pleaded not guilty and the court dismissed the charge. I no lawyers dont work for free, why would he want me to be charged with the same charge he defended? Do I need another lawyer?
He says this is his legal right to do this, is this true? Thank you!

Me and my girlfriend are in a long distance relationship right now, she's a few hours away, and she has been always openly bi-curious, right from day 1 I found out. From what I know, she has only had 1 sexual partner that was female, and pretty much only as a F**k buddy. We say we love each other, and I am completely loyal, and she says she will behave herself, and not sleep around............but I have my doubts. She has a troubled past you see, she talks about her ex's all the time, (apparently there are 8 ), and she seems to have stayed friends with a few, even though when they were lovers she was being beaten. I just dont know......she's surrounded by all these sexual partners, im 157 miles away, and she's going to strip clubs and such, gawking at women, talking fondly of her ex's.....Can I trust her? I dont like to call my girl 'easy', but when alcohol and drugs are involved she is pretty loose.....I dont have a prob with her being bi, I just don't want to be cheated on...confused

My Pancake, love her to death, is kind of driving me insane. She is a calico type cat and is nearing 9 months old. For starters I've never owned a cat before her. She will follow me around everywhere and wait outside of doors for me to come back. She won't let me pet her at all but she will sit on me and lick me. She is constantly meowing and sounds so very sad. When I first got her at 5 months old she grew to "love" me and would let me love all over her. I've never mistreated her and kept her area cleaned and her stomache full. What in the world could be the matter? My vet says its normal for her to do this, but I don't thinks so.
