I go different paces, slow, fast, slow in order not to get bored and consume more calories.

Logically, you'll burn the most calories the longer and faster you run. Consider doing sprints. LIke, a minute as hard as you can go, then a few minutes at a slow jog to recover. Those work really well.

You can either shoot for heartbeats per minute, there are graphs that go by age all over the net. Or do like I do and just go as hard as you can go for the 20 minutes which is more of a cardio workout but it's going to burn calories fine too.

I'm about the same stats as you. I do 6km an hour for 20 minutes, but I am a fast walker naturally, so this isn't too hard for me. Walk as fast as you can without breaking into a jog. I'd suggest doing this for at least 15 minutes, then slowly winding down in the last few minutes, to give your legs a proper warm down.

You should be walking fast enough so that it would be difficult to carry on a conversation with the person next to you. If you can carry on a conversation easily, you are not working hard enough. If you cannot even speak to the person next to you, you are overworking it. Also, walking fast at an incline is the best. Good luck.
