what would happen If a person who was high/regularly using drugs gave blood, the blood was then transfused into another person. Would that person test positive for drugs and would they become high as the drug travelled into the brain?
(I know this wouldn't happen as blood is screened, but what if?)

I'm talking about nonstop baby crying, and then yelling all of a sudden, "God! I'm so stupid. Nobody likes me. I wish I could just disappear! I just want this to be a dream! I want my mommy" ... continue sobbing and trembling..so much so that he ignores most questions.

For something like possession of marijuana, I imagine the judge would be like, "Hey, comon. Not everyone hates you. Everyone makes mistakes. Hey. Look at me. Look at me! Heeyy... who's a big boy? (defendent starts smiling) "I am?" That's right. What do you say I reduce the sentence down to community service and get you some icecream? I think he's learned his lesson(whispering to baliff).

Has anyone witnessed crying in court? What did the judge say or what was his reaction? Anyone think a lighter sentence was given?

I love this girl, she's the most important person in my life. She's been my support when I was at my lowest, I want to marry her, someday. The thing is lately I've just treat her so bad and she's still by myside. I get rapped up in work and my buisness and barely see her. I know she's hurting and I dont want to hurt her anymore. thing is he's not intending to settle his CC, loan etc. debts before going. According to him no one will bother tracing him for the debts, I've heard different and that the debts are sold to companys who recover the debts. I'm worried he is being far too cocky about all this and in years to come it will all catch up with him. What is the likelyhood ?
