finger press ups rather than flat of hand press ups will increase the strength of your fingers, also do exercises to strengthen your grip

Go on a treadmill in the gym they have climbing-settings you will be totally amazed how high you can climb without going anywhere !
I know I do it 4x a week !!!

Traverse your room without touching the floor moving only from skirting board to furniture. Do this when your parents are out of the house ;-) Oh and take all china and glass items off the surfaces before starting.

Turn your house sideways! Fasten all your furnishings and appliances to one wall in each room. Even your bed. You live like that and you'll be better than anyone.
