I know you want me to say Cena, but let's face it...whether people like or hate him, he puts butts in the seats and sells merch...plus they're pushing him in movies now so he won't be gone anytime soon.
I think it should be The Great Khali....he can't wrestle, has typical big-guy bad knees so he can't run, can't speak any coherent words of English, and outside of his size has nothing to offer.
Also, my second pick would be Finlay, a.k.a. Fit Finlay from the old days...at least drop him as a wrestler. He's been a behind-the -scenes guy for quite some time, working with new wrestlers as part of the developmental team...but he just doesn't work as a wrestler in my opinion. Gimmicky, lame, no real skills except brawling.
And, I hate to say it... but Hacksaw Jim Duggan. I love the guy, I've always respected what he's done for the business, he's a future Hall of Famer, but he needs to leave while he still has some dignity left. He's still in OK shape for his age, but just doesn't have the skills anymore, and is risking problems with his health issues, which include a fight with cancer in the recent past. He'd make a good manager.
Divas that should go? The newest one, Layla...bad pick. Jen, the runner-up, will hopefully get a developmental deal...she would be a real asset. Layla's just here for the publicity and will be gone soon, mark my words. Another diva who I personally like, but you might see go back to OVW is Mickie James...she was there strictly for the psycho angle with Trish, as was Beth Phoenix, and has all but disappeared since...and with Trish retiring, she has no feuds or heat to generate, unless the writers can come up with something.

Booker T, great wrestler but they just can't find a good place for him. The whole "King Booker" angle is really annoying. Fake British accent is not cool.

I agree with that Cena should be the first to go. I do not agree however with : DX and Undertaker if you think they are going to be released you are messed up in da head.
