They stay home and practice. It gives them plenty of rest too, if needed, as a result of injuries, for example. A bye week also gives them more time to review film of their next opponent.

depends which team. some practice, some go spend time with their families, some end up on a boat getting into trouble. lol.
for the most part, i'm sure they're doing strength training and just happy to have a little time to see their families.
