This is a diet regimen that i wanna start......
i am 23yrs old female, height- 158cms.. i want to lose 50pounds exactly.... anyway this is wat im thinkin to do
1hr cardio in the morning, 30mins resistant trainin, and then another hr cardio at arounf 7 or 8pm...
as for food...
a protein shake in the morning
high protein/veggies lunch
snacks (an apple and half cup grapefruit)
dinner (veggies and fruits) and tuna
snacks (an apple)
im thinkin maybe not eating after 7pm..... and ofcourse drinking 2litres of water a day~~
I wanna know if i can lose 50pounds doing this~~ and is it possible to lose that much in 4months, u know doing such a diet~~? and if not 50 how much do u think ill lose in 4months doing this diet!! and im willin to stay on it 4ever!! well maybe a little bit more, but i wanna make it a lifestyle!! Thanks guys!!

I had a feeling i may be pregnant so i went to the doc, exactly one month after i had sex . I got my period on time and all but wasnt for sure. They gave me a urine test and it came back negative then they did a pelvic exam. So im just wondering if they could tell by pelvic exam or not becuase i dont really know how accurate the urine tests are,

I'm told there's a particular way of folding them so you can put them straight on your foot .. I currently pair them on top of eachother (dorsoventrally flattened) then fold them in thirds and tuck that into the neck of the back sock [does that make sense??]. It's almost navy-style, but with a fold instead of a roll. They're neat, don't stretch the elastic and are easy to organise in the wardrobe.
I can't find this 'other' way online anywhere. If it's more efficient and still neat, I need to know about it.

I know that the alternator is the reason why my car is not starting...is this a part that IU can just repair or will I need to get a new one? Where can I get the parts I will need to get my car running again fairly cheaply so that a friend of mine can do the repair?

I just know it is almost impossible for Republican Representatives to stand up to power. In fact they almost never stand up for anything, they do however bend their integrety into a pritzel if necessary to maintain power.
So I am praying for this one time that the Republicans who are fighting on principle will hang in there and force Bush to face the truth and the rewards of twisting a Constitutional principle of the highest sort. American must not continue torturing people.
I know a lot of it started in Vietnam, but it has to stop or we as a Nation will certainly kill our own soul and destroy our Constitution.

So when I am finished how do I put them in alphabetical order , I am using microsoft words, do anyone have any other ideas, it is really just a list of words about 500 of them. It is easier to type and then press a button to put them in order. Please help

So many black people blame their bad days and experiences on racism. They hate white people for stupid reasons like "looking at them strangely". That isn't even true, its all about how you perceive it ; your view of the situation. Most are raised to dislike white people because of slavery. Slavery shouldnt be forgotten, but people should get over it because guess what? Its OVER! It has been over for millions of years?(okay, maybe not that long but you get my point). The result? Black people have more rights than white people.Black people are allowed to make racist comments, and discriminate against whites because they can get away with it. No matter what they do, its always considered a right. White people can do the same thing and they are immediately called a racist. Have you ever seen a TV show that makes fun of black people (and i mean without a lesson of 'everyone is equal' at the end)? No! Because we get sued for even uttering the word 'black'.

Atheistic scientists have their "holy grail". If they can just explain where the universe came from without God as creator then they can prove that God does not exist. If they can just explain where matter came from. If they can just explain what force initiated the BIG BANG without the power of God then they can prove that God does not exist.

But they never have been able to explain these things and they never will. It's sad. Thousands upon thousands of these people will spend their entire lives in total futility screaming against the wind in an effort to prove something that simply is not true. How sad to waste an entire life seeking after a lie.

Wow. That's the EXACT argument atheists use in describing the futility of a Christian life. They view Christians as wasting their lives chasing after a ghost of their own creation. Wonder if the atheist has ever really considered the possibility that maybe they are the ones who a chasing a ghost of their own creation.

Mike goes into an elevator, looks up and sees this great big huge guy standing next to him. The big guy sees the little guy staring at him, looks down and says, "7 feet tall, 350 lbs, 20 inch penis, testicles 3 lbs each, Turner Brown."

Mike just faints dead away and falls to the floor. The big dude kneels down and brings him to, by slapping his face and shaking him. He asks, "Are you OK??" In a very weak voice Mike says, "Excuse me, but what did you just say to me?"
