If you believe this, why did you post a question which contains inflammatory words like "head cases"? I agree that there are a number of people who find that this sort of impersonal environment is the first step to getting real help.
I must point out that the complaint which prevents most people from seeking help and treatment for mental illness, is the stigma of being dubbed as "nutter", "head case", "psycho" etc.
If you want to help, help. If you want to be a pillock, pretend you want to help while calling people names. I am truly uncomfortable writing such harsh words to you and I really do hope that you understand why I felt a need to. If not, thanx anyway for the points.
