I was in this argument with a friend of mine who is a die hard Yankee fan last night. I am hoping to find some objective (if you are a Yankee fan, fine) opinions on this. It just seems clear to me, statistically that Reyes is the better choice this season. Statistically, the intangibles, and of course, defensively.

Here is my reasoning.
Stats for Reyes
Avg - .299
HR - 19
RBI - 75
Runs - 116
SB - 57
BA with Runners in Scoring Position - .325
BA w/ Runners in Scoring Position and 2 Outs - .406

Damon:
Avg - .295
HR - 22
RBI - 77
Runs - 109
SB - 25
BA with Runners in Scoring Position - .281
BA w/ Runners in Scoring Position and 2 Outs - .212

My friend pointed to two things in particular that he said gave Damon the edge this year: RBI's and clutch hitting.
Well, he has 2 more RBI's, and people seem to forget that in the NL, Reyes has the pitcher hitting in front of him. With clutch hitting, take a look at the production with runners in scoring position?

Thoughts?

I trade via Scottrade & a friend of mine trades through Ameritrade. Pegasus wireless recently bombed to an all time low. At one point this stock was almost 19 dollars and now it is trading around a $1.25. This happened in a relatively short period of time. I thought wow what a deal and bought over 4000 shares of the stock thinking it should at least go back to the 5 buck mark it hovered at for some time before plunging to this new low. My friend has Ameritrade and has tried several times to purchase the stock but they would not let him do so nor talk to the people that made this decision. He has more than sufficient funds and the stock is not on any foriegn exchange. In fact it trades on the NASDQ. It seems likely to me that maybe some price manipulation is going on. If one of the biggest online brokers will not let you by the stock so that there are more sellers than buyer it is an obvious conclusion that the stock price will go down. I don't know but something fishy is going on here.

My due date is 9/16 and today is the 14th. However my doctor said I am showing no signs of labor, my cervix is still closed, and my little girl is still very high. She set my up to be induced on Tuesday 9/19. Everyone is telling me to let it happen on its on. While I do agree with that becuase I heard inducing usually results in c-sections which I dont want, I am very ready to get her out and see her and be able to sleep on my back. Please can someone help me. I need an answer from someone who is not biased. Thank You!

As most Middle East countries make use of satellites, one can get many free porn channels on Nilesat and Arabsat. Many muslim men watch it. Is this not Garaam (sinful)?

christianity is not the only religion that ask people to love their enemy. it's also in the Quran.
in this verse God is telling the believers to treat their enemy like a very close friend. and the only people who recieve this gift are those who are patient and lucky ones.

Quran 41-(34-35)
[34] The good deed and the evil deed cannot be equal. Repel (the evil) with one which is better then verily he, between whom and you there was enmity, (will become) as though he was a close friend.

[35] But none is granted it (the above quality) except those who are patient - and none is granted it except the owner of the great portion in this world.

love your enemy is not only christinaity, but also in Islam.

For either how did it happen to you and what was the, pun intended, "heeling" process.

I think I have developed a minor case of achillies tendonitus. I am very active in sports, but I am worried what could happen if I aggravate it and because I play soccer, I am worried about rupturing my achillies heel.

Any tips, discussion on what to watch out for, etc. would be appreciated. 10 shots of wheatgrass to the most helpful, creative, intelligent, and useful answer.

You know how it is when you meet someone and they just seem to be significant to your life. There is someone i know who i've been attracted to for 16 years, since primary school. We were close and something almost happened with us, but timing was wrong, we went our separate ways. Everytime we meet there is an electrifying attraction between us, but we both now have partners. For years i've had dreams where we are holding eachother. My latest one was where we were standing opposite eachother and we kissed. I said no because of our partners and we just talked to eachother about how we felt. It was so real. Were our souls meeting in the dream? I cant explain it fully. I love my boyfriend, but why do i think of the other so often. Many things have happened that make me feel so strongly about this, but there is not enough space. Its like he's my first love and i've never stopped. When i dont think of him, a dream provokes me and my feelings come back. Is the spirit world pushing me to him?
