OK...I've feather painted many rooms like 25 years ago. If you still want to go for that look, it's easy. Buy yourself a feather duster, and have your paint ready. I use to use a gold metalic. Dip the end of the duster (dry) into the paint, but don't make it dripping...very lightely. And start making your pattern. I liked to use sweeps and direct dips on the walls to make it all look even. I would suggest that you try it out on something other than your wall first. But, hey, you can always paint over it. It's quick and easy....and not exactly "in" for decorating right now. But..you might love it. Godloveya.

As a professional, and faux finisher, for more yearsd than you've likely been on the planet, and after applying thousands of gallons of paint,,, I have an observation.
EASY should be less an issue than effect.
Feather painting, like sponging, rag rolling (on and off), Splatter,,,etc. is a process that demands and defines ability, perhaps talent, determination, patience, design intentions, passion, and NEVER,,,EASY OR FAST...Sigh.
