For either how did it happen to you and what was the, pun intended, "heeling" process.

I think I have developed a minor case of achillies tendonitus. I am very active in sports, but I am worried what could happen if I aggravate it and because I play soccer, I am worried about rupturing my achillies heel.

Any tips, discussion on what to watch out for, etc. would be appreciated. 10 shots of wheatgrass to the most helpful, creative, intelligent, and useful answer.

This is ancient traditions, but if you want, light a green canlde, and meditate around it, say the incantation for added strenghth.

I have a club foot at birth and I do have an achillies problem and getting ready to have surgery for it. My Dr told me that it's about a good 6 to 9 mths healing and therapy time..It is painful not going to lie to you. Ask your Dr about this he or she can tell U all the steps on repairs.
