My son is 3,5 months old. when should I expect for him to sit up on his own? also, what to do to get him to lie down on his belly ? right now he'll be on his belly for 5 minutes and he cries. Is that too much at one time ?

My dad has been recently diagnosed with STAGE 4 rectal cancer (Stage 4 means the original rectal cancer has spread to many other organs, and also to his bones). We will meet with an oncologist in a few days & will learn about what treatment/life expectancy, etc we can expect. My problem is that we have always been pretty close, despite the fact that he is a very difficult man to deal with. Now he seems in a rush every day to get whatever he can done. My problem is that I do have my own life, my own little family, and I did drop all and stay with him, going to every single medical appt. to take notes for almost 6 weeks already. Then I came home for a few days and now he is saying that he needs lots of help with various things, and implies that I should be there. PLEASE help me deal with this agressive type man whom I love to pieces. I want to be there for him as much as I can, but cannot ignore my own life, which even means no time to even pay bills, wash clothes...

because I am way stressed out.He just last week precribed Zoloft for me to take along with my Xanax. My pharamisist filled it no problem.Since then I have talked to other pharmicists and they say those two shouldnt be taken together..I havent taken it yet,because I was having some tests done and didnt know if it would interfer. Whats everyones opinion on Xanax and Zoloft together? I dont know who to trust. I have been on antidepressents in the passt and Im sure i must have been on Xanax to,because i have been on most of the past 17 years,except when they had me on Klonopin years ago? Any advice?

We have just got a cat who is 4 and seems pretty happy apart from sometimes especially in the morning he will bite our hand or go for our ankles as we are walking, away from the kitchen. He does this to get food but he is being fed enough and is now getting a bit fat. Is he happy? Do we need to give him yet more food? What can we do to stop him biting?

I contacted the ACLU on Monday for help. You see, they are forcing my Daughter to learn about evolution in 8th grade earth science class. This strictly goes against hers and most of the other students personal beliefs. The ACLU informed me quite firmly that they could only help me if they also made her learn about Creation.
