My Dogue De Bordeaux has welts all over his body. They itch him and have oily flakes like dandruff around them. How can I help him???

For instance, I had a relationship with a guy for over a year (casual/friendship/bf/sex) had to move away because of a job, about 4 hrs away from me. 2 pieces of rope,not equal in lenght,and each not the same thickness,they tapper from one end to the other.
What they have in common is that each rope will burn for an hour how can the ropes be burned for an hour and a half,no you dont have a clock and cutting the rope would leave you with a fat end and a thin end

This was an experiment from middle school that my teacher did and I cannot recall the 2 everyday materials that he put in the beaker, but it "boiled up" and grew into a stack of this black, gross smelling stuff.

I have been trying for 5 years. I know that I need to lose weight. I did lose a few pounds. I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes. I had been taking Metformin.
My period is regular. I have been seeing two different Dr.'s. I feel like I'm going nowhere just wasting money in doctor's office. How many test do they have to take before I know something? I am gonna stop going for real and just depend on God and nature.
