depends on the individual guy. I have a buddy that just lost interest in his mid-forties (well, I say he's a buddy, but my biggest indebtedness to him is in fact that I've been shagging his wife for the past 15 years - it got to the stage where she was desperate and I explored the wonders of pouring alcohol down her throat). It's amazing how little booze it takes to turn a "friend" into a "F*ck-Buddy"
Some guys keep it up until they croak (and even after - look it up)

Mans sex peak is when he's 18 years old and then it deteriorates from that point. How bad? It depends on your lifestyle,health and the food that you eat.
