can you take diet pills while taking meds for an under active thyroid. I have to be real careful with what I take, but I want to try that new hoodia to loose extra pregnancy weight, I exercise and eat right, don't know what else to do

Well Ive like my bestfriend since we've been friends and..well shes beautiful and nice and funny and romantic and precious.. and say like last year It was freezing one night and I hugged her and didnt let go. We fell asleep like that and I held her.. Well she claims to not remember... and she get mad when I bring up me liking girls..how can i get over here or get her to me mine..?

I know so many Christians who say that tattooing is wrong... but why? Most Christians refer to this verse

lev 19:28 "you shall not make any cuts on your body for the dead, or tattoo yourselves; I am the Lord."

But I think that it's out of context the verses before it say

verse 26 says "you shall not eat any flesh with the blood in it". So philipinos, no more blood pudding and for the Irish folks you've got to give up black and white pudding (which actually might be a good idea anyway). verse 27 says "you shall not round off the hair on your temple or mar the edges of your beard." got that guys? no more trimming your beard or the hair on your temples, you've gotta let it grow like the hasidics.

So why does that verse get so picked upon when we clearly don't follow the rest of the rules?

I don't have tattoos just because i don't like pain, not because i think it's wrong. Do you think that Christians can have tattoos that are glorifying to god?

I am in a 12 step group and have formed a close friendship with another lady there. She has less clean time than me but is still a wonderful woman in recovery.
Lately she's been saying she wants to use and I talk her out of it, or so I think.
She's saving $ and hiding it from her hubby in case she decides to get a bag.
When I heard that I told her I can't talk to her anymore. I'm trying to get my life straight!
Was I wrong not to continue talking her out of it? I'm feeling pretty guilty for telling her to "Go ahead and relapse! You want it so bad, then stop talking about it and go do it."
I'd appreciate any sincere answers here, but if you're a member I'd sure appreciate your thoughts.
I love this lady and don't want to turn my back on her and I'm feeling SO bad for doing exactly that!
I won't relapse if she does so why shouldn't I support her?
