you should never be ashamed of love. never. and most of the time when you feel it they are too. and they are probably as scared to say something as you are. when you speak with your heart you can't be wrong.

Ashamed? There is no shame in love. Do not be ashamed. Bashful maybe, but not ashamed.
But bear in mind that when you say those words the relationship will change. One way or the other. Just be prepared for both possibilities. Love revealed is very powerful and can be frightening to some. Think it through but don't be ashamed. And no, you don't have to have sex to prove your love.

the thing is that if you love some one and you actually have conversations with friends and instead of like you use love then you know that you are ready to tell him or actully love him. i told my bf that i loved him 1st on our 2 month anniversary and it took my bf a couple of seconds before he got what i said. once i said that i knew that i did the rigt thing since i am with the same guy on and off, but mostly on like rt. now and he is crazy for me. tell him how you feel and you will be surprised at how he also feels.take it slow though before you say the 3 words if you afe unsure.

Love is pristine and noble. Nothing wrong in loving any one. Expressing love is equally good. Just say it. There is nothing to be ashamed of.

It depends. Is this boy someone you know or someone you've actually had a developing relationship with and it is actually love that you feel for him?
If you don't know him and he has not given any indication to you that he has feelings for you, then no, don't say anything.
If this is someone you've known for a while and you really feel like sharing with someone that you love them to build on your relationship and make it grow, then go for it!
One of the worst emotional feelings is to tell someone you love them and not hear it back.

Well, it depends on the situation. Never tell him too early because he will take you for granted. If the relationship has been going on for some time, then it's okay to start expressing deeper feelings such as love.
As for ways to tell him, he should know by what your do and say to him. Actions speak louder than words.

don't be ashamed of loving! in fact, it's not easy to find someone that fills our expectations... just do it! I think you're just afraid of being rejected... but love is a like a bet... you just have to take the risk..

What's to be ashamed of? You are a worthy human being aren't you? Say it proudly.
OR....
Say it comically, and if he says what? You can say just kidding!
