No...if you look at the work and Juliet's words than she is clearly an person of individual thought....takes 2 to tango :)

I see Romeo and Juliet as two young kids that should have stayed home and studied. They were too young to be romantically involved.

I think Juliet is used symbolically she is strong in essence but when it comes to passion she is just a romantic succer.
