Have you tried websites like myspace & livejournal?
They have search features..I've found a few old friends on them..
*shrugs*
You could also go to google.com and try googling their name...sometimes things actually pop up for that person...heh...I found my birth announcement from 21 years ago...

unless you already tried the yellow pages.. have you tried the yellow pages?..
its a long shot.. in yahoo search.. type the full name of the person in quotation marks.. "Osama Ladin".. it helps to eliminate false results..
in googles type the name with + in between.. Osama+ladin..
otherwise, make a search in yahoo for hacking websites that hacks you into DMV, FBI and CIA records.. good luck in there..
