I have to conduct this interview for my geometry class. We're building a structure out of 10 file folders, and when we test it, it must hold at least 45 pounds. I'm supposed to interview someone with some expertise on the subject of building structures. Here are the interview questions:

What is your name?

How are you qualified/what is your job?

How does geometry affect your work?

What should we know about tension, compression, equilibrium, and rigidity?

What geometric shapes work well in buildings that support a lot of weight?

What designs are most suitable for tall, weight bearing buildings?

How does the structure of a building affect its strength?

How would a design change once a building's height is increased?

What type of building codes might be able to help us in the building of our structure?

What historical buildings would be a good basis for our design?

How would you begin to design a structure with our materials and guidelines?

Who has custody when the parents were never married? I think it's the mother, but I need to know for sure. And, if it is the mother, does the father have the right to take child out of state? My sister let her son stay with his dad, who lives in KY, and he doesn't want to return him or even let the rest of us see the child. It's such a long story. Yesterday he did bring child to see us and now we won't reurn him and he's threatening kidnapping, which is a crock. Any serious advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have a signed bible commemorating the ordination of Pope John the 14th. According to recent research the Catholic church is in the process of making him a Saint.

Does anyone know how much this is worth? and any ideas of who to contact.

My son's 4th birthday party is Saturday. I've ordered a chocolate cake, and will be making some sort of vanilla cupcakes or cookies (we have some guests who don't like chocolate). on his back just off from his spinal column. What could this be....seems it happened over night? I've very concerned and dont have the money for the vet. He's about 4months old. His brother from the same litter seems to be find. Out of the two, the one with the bump seems to be growing at a faster rate than his brother is growing. They have both been wormed.
