I have a signed bible commemorating the ordination of Pope John the 14th. According to recent research the Catholic church is in the process of making him a Saint.

Does anyone know how much this is worth? and any ideas of who to contact.

All the bible specialist i've talked to cant put a value on a future Saints autograph.

The fact that this guy was a catholic and it will be that church that makes him a 'saint' doesn't make it any more valuable. It's the historical value that you should be looking for. Ask the opinion of well established auction house but remember, someone somewhere may be gullible enough to pay a high price if this man is made a 'saint' so I would keep hold of it for a while.

It may be worthwhile waiting until then and then asking the nearest catholic cathedral what they'd pay to have it. After all through centuries of repression and plundering they are the richest organisation on earth.

By the way don't you mean Pope John XXIII?

It is a miracle since Pope John the 14th died in the year 983, he must have come back just to sign your bible. It is priceless, try putting it on Ebay you may be able to auction it off along with the picture of Jesus on the grilled cheese sandwich.

Good Luck

Happy Hanukkah.

You may just have hit the jackpot.

Wait until after the Pope is sainted, then put it on eBay...

Uh, priceless? Some people will be willing to pay A LOT for that, other people, like me, would only pay for it so I could sell it for a higher price to someone else.

Sadly enough in this day and age, your answer's most likely "ebay".

It is worth keeping it.
It is good reading it.
It is noble to follow it.
It is great you have it.
