Chevy or Ford?

A used car was purchased by a college student and had Jiffy Lube do an oil change at 40,000 miles. Her car now has 60,000 miles and car breaks down. AAA tows car to Toyota service dept. and mechanics determened that the oil filter had loosend up and lost all of the oil. The engin may have seized and could cost 4,000 dollars to replace. Our guestion is, can Jiffy Lube steal be held responsable for this oil filter backing off even though it has gone past the recomended 3 month or 3,000 miles oil change. We live in California and would appreciate any help.

parents have p.o.a. over daughters stuff. brother has temp custody of kid. he wants to just give kid to abusive father. can the mother stop that from happening? and can 2nd sister take custody from brother who doesnt want to be in charge of kid anymore? no we dont need springer just some intellegent advice please. so save any smart comments.

While at Walmart this morning my little one decided to poop so I took her into the restroom but I wasnt sure whether or not to use that changing table thing they got on the wall. So i just reclined her stroller seat and changed her diaper in there. Wasnt sure how dirty that thing was.

i think my girl is messin up and ill leave her in a heart beat if i had some proof. heres what she does. stays up late like till the sun shines again. her eyes a dialated sometimes in the brightest sun. she has admited to haveing a problem in the past. in the last week told me that some of her so called friends have made a stop with her in the car to get meth ( but she expressed that she didnt like it,,, then the next day hung out with one of the girls that was invloved with the whole thing. i dont really want to talk to her because i areadt told here if i fond out she was useing i was leaving. i care tomuch about my self to get hung up on somecrack head female. although i have tried to advise her so stay abuot from the drug useing type and try to get in to school and educate her mind rather then destroy it. but socalled friends from the forrmer drug useing life seem to always pop up and want to hang out with her. so please tell me some of the signs..

Yeah its true global warming may not be accellerating very fast and you may notice only small things but what about all the toxins in the water and all the rest of the pollution getting in our food chain. Don't you care about this, Don't you want clean fish to eat and what about the air and the huge jump in asthma and other respitory problems, is this not a concern, and how about the link scientist have made with pesticides and mental disorders.
