I get incredibally depressed, because I'm very hard on myself. I never think that I am good enough for someone or good enough to have certain things. For example. I'm a musician and if I make one little mistake or finsih a recording than I want to go back and perfect it again. I beat myself up over nothing really, just because I don't feel deserving of acceptance or love if you want to call it that. I just want to know if there is a name for it and if I can stop thinking this way.

Ok my bestfriend and me are both married and are wifes are also good friends. In the past we have swapped with oneanother for sex or plainly swinging. The only problem is my friends wife "sara" and I have very stong feelings for eachother. Now we would never leave our spouses for eachother but there is still strong feelings. The swinging helps greatly to ease the urge for one another but we cant swing everytime we all are together for fear of suspicion. We both want to greatly break the rules and just have sex without the swinging but she is greatly and me alittle afaid of getting caught. Also sex without the swinging would be more of an afair. So need advice on what to do?

The Iranian Ambassador to the UN had just finished giving a speech, and walked out into the lobby where he met President Bush.
They shook hands, and as they walked the Iranian said.

"You know, I have just one question about what I have seen in America.
President Bush said, "Well, anything I can do to help you, I will."
The Iranian whispered "My son watches this show 'Star Trek' and in it there is Chekhov who is Russian, Scotty who is Scottish, and Sulu who is Chinese, but no Iranians. My son is very upset and doesn't understand why there aren't any Iranians on Star Trek."

I am estanged from my wife and I met a really pretty,sexy lady who we just seemed to hit it off and we made love many ,many times stayed in each others place , she said she would be there and we had "plans".......but now I call and she never ever calls me back ...its been 2 weeks....I have left her many messages and I GET ZERO ...oh ah ....I really like her ......what I think ,is to lay back............but that gets me nothing, I know shes been busy BUT... when i attended the USAFA, we had an interesting presentation on oil supply and alternative energy sources. Why can't we get a true answer about this subject? If there is an urgent need for new energy sources, wouldn't it be logical to have every resource working toward an answer? If there is a need at all.

Hi there,

I always spend at least 1 hour when making love with my wife. I will like to pull out and rest a min or 2, and continue again before edjaculation. And sometime i feel like giving her a slap on her face or butt, but so far i did not.

Am i abnormal? I have told my wife about my hidden feeling, and she ask me to go ahead and try it on her. I dont dare as i thinkthat is beyond the making love criteria.

Can someone please help.

What disorder if any might you have if you have a habit of doing more than one or all of these things:
1. Pop your knuckles
2. Pop your neck
3. Rubbing thumb along side index finger
4. rub your hair between index and thumb
5. Lining things up by closing one eye, like paper to paper, or just 2 objects that are straight lines.
6. erasing 100% of markings on chalkboards or white boards.

Things dont need to be perfect and neat with me, but if something DOES bother me I HAVE to do something about it. These are habits I have had since I can remember. But cant find a reason for them or a disorder that has these as symptoms... can anyone help me????? : /
