I have foam insulation sprayed directly to the roof joists. There is no venting at all in the attic. I have the insulation people saying "no ventilation" and the people that want to replace my roof 'need ventilation" - Who do I believe?

I am looking to make a website where users can record audio directly onto my server through the web page. Sort of like podcasting or what is available at singshot.com. Does anyone know how to do it? Is there any way to go about doing it without buying flash media server 2.0?

For insurance reasons, I have to be a student this semester, or the birth of my daughter is not covered. So, I enrolled for a one hour class that meets 3 days a week. However, I have to bring my baby with me, because no one can watch her for this time period. Should I carry her around in a snugli? What about during class? Should I just bring her stroller or car seat every day? Has anyone else attempted this before?

The title says it all, Basically I am falling for my best friends girlfriend, she is also my bestfriend. We have all been friends for over 6-9 years. We are all very close, but he is currently locked up for about 2 months. I am falling for his girlfriend, we hang out everyday on a daily basis along with a couple of other friends. One thing is that I am falling for her, another is that I want they have very badly. I never try to look for a girlfr because I am trying to get done with my education for the future. But suddenly this happens. They have been going out for 5-7 years. It is so damn difficult, I just can't not hang out, bc she calls sometimes to go eat or hang out somewhere with people or without. Need some help, advice, anything!

what kinds of blankets muffle screams the best??? so far I have a pair of ear plugs in and some ear muffs over that, but I can still barely hear the baby cry still and it is annoying me.......should I fill the crib with blankets till the screams are muffled?

County Growth for the next 15 to 20 years
Infrastructure
Land - water -sewer issues
Transportation
Zoning -- None exist

The county I live in is unique in that the population has grown 11% since 2000, per stats, and is growing by leaps and bounds that the government is blind to. We are a shopping hub and draw from 3 states on the weekends and our population is bursting at the seams. I need some help with ideas on how to control growth and still let my neighbors live without the tax base ballooning to such an extent they can't afford to pay their taxes and are forced to sell. I've seen it happen!
