if u hav pimple on nose, cheek & forehead ur skin should be oily skin.

1: use cleanser to clean ur face as often as u can or at least twice a day.
2: apply toner & moisturiser
3: do not use tissue to wipe ur face if u felt ur face is oily.
4: do not touch ur face especially at the pimples.

of course all these item u have to buy according to oily skin. choosing a product is very important.
the brand that i used is a bit costy. but if u wan u can try. "Nu skin"
the result u can see after u used it. but if u cant effort any other brand is also ok.
happy trying.

I am an Arbonne skincare consultant. You will really appreciate these products if you give them a chance. All of our products are hypoallergenic, dermotologist tested, organic offerings, no animal testing, no animal by-products, botanically based (plant based). We are very popular for our anti-aging sets. We have seen them work wonders and change many people's lives. The acne line is awsome. I use them myself. I battled acne all my life and I've tried it all from the at home natural remedies to the proactiv to the dermotologist. Nothing worked for me until I was introduced to arbonne. Please take a look for yourself and discover what Arbonne can do for you too. Go to arbonne.com enter consultant ID#16329378. If you are not able to place an order or would like further help please email me at jca0205@yahoo.com. I would love to assist you in any way possible. I would even like for you to look at some before and after pics. They are awsome!!!

I use Warm Spirit. Their toners are not too strong and they are nature based. I follow up with a moisturizer, Kindness cream. I am 34 and people say I look 25. Must be working!!

ive been struggling for years! ive tried everything over the counter, i find anything with benzoyl peroxide works well, but dries out your skin, and the clean and clear advantage stuff works well for spot treatments. if they arnt working or your having crappy side effects, go to your dermotologist. i have tried everything from differin to retin a and so on... i was just on antibiotics and had some super bad side effects (errosion of the esophogus) and couldnt eat for like a week! so now im going on birth control which everyone says clears your skin (including my dr) im gonna try it and hope it works... wish me luck!

Neutrogena is very good. They have a blackhead eliminating scrub and a oily face wash that are effective and don't irritate your skin.

i use natural products like african shea butter for moisturizer and then a herbal soap for cleansing and then benzoyl peroxide when i have bad breakouts. it worked for me, but remember that what works for others won't necessarily work for you
