you must be kidding??????? if you want to padd the baby so you don't hear it you need to turned in to child services.
Your baby is only 3 months old and needs to be comforted.
A new baby needs to cry it is part of being a baby. If you are this annoyed, then you need to get some help. Call a friend or your mom and get some advice.

Babies can feel tension if you aren't relaxed. Do you have a rocker? Have you checked her diapers? Maybe she has gas....there is some over the counter drops that help little ones with gas problems. Is the baby hungry?
The baby is so used to being inside of you that she probably just wants you to hold her close and rock her, and hear you sing or put on some relaxing music. Sometimes (fairly loudly) make the shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh sound, in a loving way. That will remind her of your heart beat.
If baby continues to cry try giving her a warm bath and after drying her off , massage some nice baby lotion on her. All the while talking to her in a peaceful loving voice.

If you want to fill the crib with blankets to muffle the crying you need some mental health help. You might have post partum depression, which happens. Talk to your doctor asap.

I know you might be making a joke here, but a babys life is at stake here if you want to cover her or him with blankets so that you don't have to hear her. If you hate being a mother, there are plenty of people who want to adopt a child.

Also know that all mothers get tired and frustrated. But there isn't any need to fill the crib with blankets so that a baby sufficates to death so you won't be bothered by its crying. If you indeed feel that way call 911 now

You should have known that a baby will cry when your trying to sleep and when a baby is crtying you need to take care of a baby. And if you fill the bed with blankets to muffle the crying and you dont hear anything that means the baby is dead!(of course)

You should, go check the baby, maybe he/she just wants some comfort or is hungry or tummy hurts.... You should definitely take the blankets out of the crib cause that could suffocate it! Just relax and hold the baby and put your mouth up to its hear and whisper the shwshshshsh sound.... I know it sounds silly but it really works cause it calms them down. Its what they were used to hearing when they were in the tummy! But just remember what ever the problem is... u need to remain calm... cause babys can pick up on stress and it can make them real upset. They know when your man or angry or upset with them! Anyways give that a try and see if it works!

Good luck!

Children up to 3 months old can communicate only thru crying. The baby's trying to tell you something. Hungry, afraid, not comfortable, hurting...Please find out. One way to console baby is to keep her next to you and put her back in the crib when she's asleep.
Solve the crying rather than dealing with the screaming.
And face it, parents of infants get very little sleep. I was all red-eyed those days.

After checking all posibilities of prob ex.dirty diaper, too cold or hot, try giving your baby a pacifier. Try all kinds it may take a while to find the right one. Your baby maybe suffering from collic my niece did. The doctor had to change her formula and the first night after that she had no problems sleeping. Also, noise may help a baby fall asleep. Running a vacuum cleaner or leaving a radio on may help. GOOD LUCK

well whatever you do NEVER PUT LOOSE ITEMS IN CRIBS!!!!!
YOU CAN SUFFUCATE THE BABY!!!!! ok. Some reasons your baby could be crying:
1. Hungry
2. Is dying
3. Tired
4. Needs there diaper changed
5. wants its mommy
and 6. It just plain hates you!!
(ok dont listen to 6) (lol)

First of all, find out why your baby is crying. Is he or she teething? Hungry?....Maybe on the wrong formula? Second, please don't fill the crib with blankets. You don't want to suffocate your child. Try reading or rocking the baby..Good luck.

Go and answer your baby's cries, and bring that baby into bed with you, if you need to get some sleep. That cry is the only method of communication your baby has, why would you ignore it when you are all the baby has? Your poor baby....

I think if you fill the crib with blankets till the crying stops, it's called murder. And if you're so annoyed by your child, maybe you shouldn't have reproduced anyway jackass.

you poor thing, make some tea, play some soft relaxing music, take a big breath, and I know you can do it. This is part of a wonderful experience of having a child. Why not enjoy it?
