i am in the same boat right now..... its a confusing process. what i am doing is i am waiting til he asks me out, but hey to each her own.

If you talk to him a lot but in more of a friend way, you may want to ask him to do something with a small group of your friends like go to a movie. If you keep the group small you can see how he acts towards you without making yourself too vulerable. If you are a little braver you can ask him to a movie or lunch or whatever just the two of you, but don't make it a big deal when you ask. Just be casual. Give him a call Saturday morning and say, "I feel like watching that new movie this afternoon, want to go?"

just ask him straight out or ask a friends to ask him for you
