i like my neibor... his sister is one of my best friends.... then he moved. i havent seen or heard from him in months..... i just found out that one of my friends told him that i love him and she was surprised that he haddnt called. he dropped his fone in the toilet so i cant call him and i have sent him emails and stuff but he never answers..... wat should i do?????????????

Why is it that in the UK, dole money/social security/housing benefits etc. seem to be FOR LIFE and not a short term plan to allow people who have fallen on hard times to get back on their feet?
