Start slow. Don't be too aggressive. Then, just let your instincts go with however she is kissing you. Every girl seems to have different preferences, but you're the master if you know how to respond. Remember that girls generally kiss you the way they want to be kissed. (Or at least thats been my experience)

Not quickly and not slowly.
Just relax and let your and her lips and tongues do everything you feel. This is the best way of kissing if you want something more than just a kiss.

"How do kiss a girl well?" Brush your teeth! Shave!. Be soft. Be gentle. Don't try to smash her face. Don't french kiss on the first date. Don't try to stick your tongue down her throat. Don't force a kiss. If it's not happening, then it's not happening.

don't stick your tongue down her throat... gosh.. first kisses are soft and simple... that other stuff happens later.... so just enjoy the experience, good or bad.. and injoy your youth and innocense... it's a fun time in your life... good and bad experiences are part of life and your kissing will improve with practice :)
