The past no longer exists apart from memories in our minds. I like this: 'The past is history, the future a mystery and the present a gift'.

no there's not an easy way all you need is time, but there are things you can do to make it bearable, try this book 'you can heal your heart' by Louise L. Hay, also there is one which will help you live in the present time always its by Michael Meegan 'All Will Be Well'.... I used to live one day in the past next day in the future and couldn't do living in the present thing now i am almost there i thank the second book i recommended you the most, give it a try...and good luck....

I have some thoughts(*giggle*)

1) Past is knowledge. Or all our knowledge is past. all our experiences are our knowledge. basically it had nothing to do with the present. Knowledge is putting things in patterns. they are not basically(may be or may not be)fit into the patterns. But our knowledge is putting things continuously into patterns. And i don't know we have an escape from that.

2.Forgetting something is not on our control. Exactly like, we cannot remember anything. We can try, but no guarantee.

Key word being 'easy'....not likely.

Our past IS history, but to forget it is not possible, unless a person suffers some sort of brain trauma...emotionally or physically.

Common sense dictates that this cannot happen.

But, if a person is emotionally mature, they learn to adapt and carry on....simple survival skills.

Don't think you can, the past is what makes us what and who we are right now, good, bad experiences etc, we move on in time after bad experiences but we never forget them completely.

even nonetheless women individuals might properly be very casual with intercourse i detect that maximum decide to be in a relationship extremely than no longer being in one extraordinarily while it involves intercourse. So it sort of feels your undertaking is kinda backwards. besides, Why is it important to appreciate who or what proportion intercourse companions your fiance had earlier you have been along with her? except she gotten smaller a sexually transmitted affliction it would possibly no longer probable remember to you. She has agreed to to marry you specific? if so then she loves you and intercourse should not be a controversy. i'm assuming which you have had intercourse along with her and that she enjoys the intercourse you 2 have. If she did no longer, she would not marry you. do no longer complication approximately her previous intercourse companions and in basic terms be happy which you are the single that gets to have intercourse along with her now. Love her, be basic to her, manage her properly and be confident interior the mattress room. that's the emotional connection that concerns extraordinarily with women individuals extra so than how experienced you're or how enormous or small your equipment is. She loves you! All of you. Marriage is a extreme element extraordinarily to women individuals so in case you weren't the guy, she would not be marrying you. So relax and don't complication approximately it and in basic terms shop being the guy she fell in love with. have self assurance me, you would be happy you probably did!
