Dear Muslim,
The Gospel of Jesus is Good News. That is what "gospel" means in Greek. It is the good news because Jesus has removed the requirements of keeping the Law in order to obtain salvation and that through Jesus, we can obtain eternal life. Jesus made it possible for people to receive the free and complete gift of salvation by faith.
Our father Abraham believed God and it was counted to him as righteousness (Gen. 15:6). It was his faith in God that made Abraham righteous before God, not keeping the law, not keeping the commandments.
The Law of God is perfect because God is perfect. The Law is a reflection of the character of God. It is wrong to lie because lying is against God's character. It is wrong to steal because stealing is against God's character. That is why the Law tells us what is wrong. God is not arbitrary and neither is His Law. Though the Law is good and perfect, no man can keep it perfectly. No person can keep the Law.
Jesus taught us that to even look on a woman with lust in your heart is to commit adultery with her (Matt. 5:27-28). You see, the Law of God is not simply to govern actions. It is for our hearts and attitudes. Purity of heart is what God wants from us. Purity of heart down to the deepest part of our being. Why? Because God's heart is the Purest and Most Holy of all. And since the Law was spoken by Him and came from Him, the Law is Perfect and Holy. That is the level of perfection you must have when trying to keep the Law.
However, we are not able to keep the Law. We sin. We fail. The Law says do not lie, but shows us where we lie -- in our very hearts. It says do not commit adultery, but shows us where we commit adultery -- in our hearts. The Law of God is perfect. We are not. God is perfect and Holy. We are not. We are not able to keep the Law of God because we are finite, limited, and affected by sin. How can anyone ever hope to please God through keeping the Law? How can anyone ever hope to please God and attain heaven by doing good deeds? It is not ourselves that we must please, but a Holy and Pure God.

Mohammad was a warrior as well as a prophet. During his battles in the 7th Century, in what is now Ethopia, he and some of his followers were captured. He managed to escape with the aid of another party, whom the Ko'ran later reveals to be an agent of Satan.
An interesting problem for Islam, no? It's superhero is in league with the devil, even if unwitting so. The Islamic clerics deceided the best way to deal with the problem was to explain that the entire book of the Ko'ran which details this was, in fact, written by Satan himself. The book is refered to as "The Satanic Verses" (also the title of a novel by Salamon Rushde, whom the Shaw of Iran issued a $1 million bounty upon the head of, for writing that blashphimed Islam).
The problem is that if that book of the Ko'ran was written by Satan, then, hmmm, maybe some other parts of it were too?
Islam views Jesus as a prophet, as it does Abraham and other Christian/Jewish prophets. But as a relgious superhero, he surely would of known that Jesus was NOT the Lord, for the same reason the Jews do not accept him as such-- Jesus did not fulfil many of the prophacies in the Torrah (Jewish holy book, part of Xstian Old Testiment). The Torrah clearly states what The One will be able to do, and Jesus wasn't even batting .300 in terms of prophacy fulfilment.
Islam, like all religions, are filled with double-speak and illogic, because they are all made up by various people over the years. Humans are, in general, weak, and need order and structure to their life to make sense of the universe. Why bother to try to understand quantum mechanics, space/time, relevatitic theory, and the like, when you can just say, "God made it!"
So to answer if Mohammad is in hell, well, of couse not, since hell doesn't exist. Hell, by the way, is a concept stolen by the Christians from the Vikings. And, if you think about it, it's a good way to keep people in line, eh? "Do what this book says... or else!" It's just one of the many idealogical tools of control.
Christianity, in actuality, has very few original ideas. It's mostly borrowed, re-written, or outright stolen from other, older religions. Most people know Jesus was not born Dec. 25th, but that during Roman times, his "birthday" was moved to coincide with the Pagan's winter solstace. Where do you think the "Christmas Tree" comes from anyway? Even Easter takes it's name from a Pagan god, Estras.
Both Islam and Christianity are nothing more than rather silly, made-up beliefs. At least Judism has some basis in rationality (except that darn God thing).
And yet millions of fools worldwide continue to plow untold billions into religion. Mankind could of built a Chuck E. Cheese's on Mars by now if all that money had gone to NASA instead.

Here what the holy Quran says about the birth of Jesus:
[19:16] Mention in the scripture Mary. She isolated herself from her family, into an eastern location.
[19:17] While a barrier separated her from them, we sent to her our Spirit. He went to her in the form of a human being.
[19:18] She said, "I seek refuge in the Most Gracious, that you may be righteous."
[19:19] He said, "I am the messenger of your Lord, to grant you a pure son."
[19:20] She said, "How can I have a son, when no man has touched me; I have never been unchaste."
[19:21] He said, "Thus said your Lord, `It is easy for Me. We will render him a sign for the people, and mercy from us. This is a predestined matter.' "
[19:22] When she bore him, she isolated herself to a faraway place.
[19:23] The birth process came to her by the trunk of a palm tree. She said, "(I am so ashamed;) I wish I were dead before this happened, and completely forgotten."
[19:24] (The infant) called her from beneath her, saying, "Do not grieve. Your Lord has provided you with a stream.
[19:25] "If you shake the trunk of this palm tree, it will drop ripe dates for you.
[19:26] "Eat and drink, and be happy. When you see anyone, say, `I have made a vow of silence; I am not talking today to anyone.' "
[19:27] She came to her family, carrying him. They said, "O Mary, you have committed something that is totally unexpected.
[19:28] "O descendant of Aaron, your father was not a bad man, nor was your mother unchaste."
[19:29] She pointed to him. They said, "How can we talk with an infant in the crib?"
[19:30] (The infant spoke and) said, "I am a servant of GOD. He has given me the scripture, and has appointed me a prophet.
[19:31] "He made me blessed wherever I go, and enjoined me to observe the Contact Prayers (Salat) and the obligatory charity (Zakat) for as long as I live.
[19:32] "I am to honor my mother; He did not make me a disobedient rebel.
[19:33] And peace be upon me the day I was born, the day I die, and the day I get resurrected."
[19:34] That was Jesus, the son of Mary, and this is the truth of this matter, about which they continue to doubt.
[19:35] It does not befit GOD that He begets a son, be He glorified. To have anything done, He simply says to it, "Be," and it is.
[19:36] He also proclaimed, "GOD is my Lord and your Lord; you shall worship Him alone. This is the right path."
Does this anatognize your faith?

I think Steven Colbert said it best.
"... and though I am a committed Christian, I believe everyone has the right to their own religion. Be you Hindu, Jewish or Muslim. I believe there are infinite paths to accepting Jesus Christ as your personal saviour."

In the New Testament Jesus says that you can't save your soul if you don't believe in God Almighty, Jesus Christ and The Holly Spirit. You also have to be baptised so that your sins can be forgiven.

how about christians should mention God name more often than Jesus. As God is the only one to be worshiped.
Muhammad return back the true path by worshiping one God into the right track. Abraham, Moses and all prophet worship one God. no such a thing called trinity or God is three. so God sent Muhammad to return the true path to its right track.

First, you save yourself from hell. Come out of ignorance and start the quest for the Truth.
Jesus (Peace be upon him) is just one of the messengers of God just like Muhammed (Peace be upon him). God is the one and only one eligible for worship. Stop worshipping Jesus. Follow the true teachings of Jesus , Mohammed, Abraham, Moses (Peace be upon all of them) and worship the only GOD.
