The situation is this; I have know the guy for 7 years and we have always been a bit more then friends. It has always been me that has chosen not to be with him although there have been opportunities before. He now has a long term girlfriend and is in a relationship that doesn't really seem to be going anywhere. They don't live together and neither are prepared to move to where the other one lives. I think they are just 'making do' because its easier than breaking up.
I feel stupid that I haven't done anything about this until now and I don't really know what to expect but I just think he should know how I feel and be given the opportunity if he wants it. If he doesn't take it then I know how he feels.

Many people believe that the current trend of global warming is a natural cycle, albeit accelerated by mankind's use of fossil fuels, etc, and they have scientific evidence to support this. However, there is another camp that believes that mankind is the cause of this rapid (geologically speaking) warming of Earth's climate and that irreparable damage is being done to the biosphere which threatens most life on the planet. These people also cite scientific evidence in support of their hypothesis. Unfortunately this argument has become a political debate wtih many conservatives and liberals taking up arms for the first and second proposals, respectively. When the U.S. invaded Iraq to combat terrorism in 2003 it did so under what have been discovered to be false pretenses. However no one would disagree that dethroning Saddam was a bad thing. Would it not then be illogical to launch a preemptive strike on global warming? No one will die in that effort.

i know how you stop those telemarketing calls, but how do you stop those automated from a machine. ex. "this is not a solicitaition call" . i get at least two everyday and the person they are looking for don't even live here. how do i stop these kind of calls? i don't think the "do not call registry" works for this.

On the other hand this guy is ur first and u are in love, but at the same time i feel that i can do better with somebody else. i knew this other guy for 6 years and have always liked him just never approched him. and we keep in contact an finally he tells u that he was always in love with me. and i also feel the same. help what should I do breakup and go for better things or no because i am scared of change????????????????????????????????????????

My boyfriend and I care for each other deeply, but agree that we aren't clicking with each other right now. So much of our relationship has been, or could be, great, but we both need to sort things out in our own lives. Is it possible to believe that in time we could get back together and have a successful relationship? Or would I be wasting energy hoping for this? Is it possible to be friends with someone you've had such deep feelings for? Or would I be holding myself back from moving on? Thanks.

Hi, my cat Bud and i are together alot and when we visit with some of my friends who smoke cigarettes i have been wondering if the smoke could harm Bud's lung's? I don't smoke myself and i won't leave Bud in the car (which I think is cruel) since he enjoys playing with my friends.

I have been talking 2 this guy now for about 3 mos.We are no where near serious, however, seemed 2 be trying to work on getting to that point.Last week he was on the verge of a nervous breakdown dealing with the possibility that he could be bi-polar and have OCD.I tried 2 encourage him and be supportive, like a good friend would. I tried 2 be a listener and offer support in whatever way I could. Yesterday, I had the day from hell. I proceed to tell him about my day and all he could seem 2 do was critizise my behavior and thougts. I wasn't telling him about my aweful day for him 2 be critical and analyze all I did wrong. I just wanted him to listen as I did with him and try and be supportive.We ended up getting off the phone in a "huff" and I haven't spoken 2 him since then. He usually calls every morning and today he did not. Should I call him and ask what the F#%^ is his problem, or just let it be? hy do men lack the ablility to empathise? Does he really have the nerve 2 be mad at me?

We are in a War against Polygamy here in America and with the recent capture of Warren Jeffs who was the head of a Mormonic Polygamist group, we are winning this war!

But I just don't understand why there isn't more public out cry from the Mormon community concerning Polygamy. Could it be that they are supporting these Polygamy Sleeper Cells in America? Could they be Polygamist sympathizers?
