These answers are funny. Everyone seems to think you need to eat fat to gain weight. You don't. You just need to eat more calories than you are burning off.
If you want to gain some weight AND look great- just eat more. Try eating a couple chicken breasts in the morning instead of a bowl of cereal. Eat more for lunch, eat a snack in the afternoon. Also- so you body USES some of the extra calories in a good way rather than a poor way- start lifting weights. Do an amount that is hard by the 7th rep...and do 3 sets of those 6 or 7 reps. Your body will stay (or get) more toned, you will put on a few pounds, and you should end up looking great- better definition, a bit more muscle mass, definitely more strength, and maybe a gain of 10 pounds or so if you work for it.
Don't just eat fat. That's kinda gross. And unhealthy....

Congrats on the healthful existence type. be careful doing a lot aerobic on a low calorie, low fat weightloss application. some fat isnt undesirable in regulated quantities. soak up quite some water. Your body will in simple terms use what it needs. when you're literally not operating with weights you're literally not gaining muscle tissues. counting on how lengthy you've been doing this for you've a more beneficial weigt loss at first which will taper off after awhile. replace some aerobic days with loose weights or machines and also you ought to make certain an finished new plateau with your well being.

you eat a lot, but a lot of what? eat small amounts all day long, look for natural foods as much as possible and prepare stuff from scratch so that you are getting foods as rich in nutrients as possible. you may need to jump start your metabolism, and this is the best way to do it. also, exercise a lot and i don't mean the kind of exercise you do in a gym; incorporate physical activity into your lifestyle;; walk everywhere that is five miles or less; do your housework relying as little as possible on accessories; eg. when you dust, don't use swiffer....use a wet rag that you frequently have to go to the sink to rinseetc. etc. in other words, what goes in is what comes out if you eat, sleep, exercise and look after your spirit, your body will be the shape it should be and you won't be concerned with appearances

Try beer and peanut butter. I used to do that to add pounds when I played rugby.....
Oppps, but only if your of legal age!
If your a minor; try eating peanut butter and drinking milk.
Should do the same thing.
PS: Its better to be thin than fat. If you have a good metabolism and you don't easily gain weight; consider it a blessing!

the problem is that you eat too much and your metabolism is used to that.
Do what fat people do. Skip breakfast, eat poorly, eat late at night, consume triple the calorie intake and don't excersise.
Sounds horrible but my cousin had the same problem, he ate everything in sight and it just made him skinnier. It's weird.

Starbucks, Sodapop (not diet obvoiusly), McDonalds, Cookies, and anything fried.
When looking at fat content, look at saturated fat, and eat more if you want to gain weight.
