I can throw pretty hard already, but I want to be able to hit people in the foot quickly and efficiently so they don't see it coming. Any tips on the mechanics of throwing a fastball? My hair is naturally a light-ish blonde color. I want to dye it lighter, but I am afraid that if I do so, my hair will be permanently ruined. My hair is fine and long, and people have told me that dying it can really destroy my hair and I will be unable to return to my original color. I am unsure. Perhaps I should glaze it? Help, please?

As for style help - as I said before, it is naturally straight and fine, and is about eight inches past my shoulders. I decided that I must do something new with it before returning to school. But I don't know what sort of style will suit my face! I have a "long" face. I've heard that layers will suit my face best... long layers or short? I really want to take away the emphasis of my "long" face. So, give me style help too, if you please! And thanks!

I work in a clerical position at a medical clinic. I have applied for another position as a authorization/referral coordinator. I have recently given my life back to Lord and have been praying about the job. I thought of something today that is causing me to think twice though. Processing referrals and authorizations for patients to get abortions would be something that may be included in my duties. Even now, I get calls from people wishing to abort and I have to transfer their call to this particular department. As a Christian, would it be wrong for me to take this job, since I would be involved in contributing to someone performing this evil procedure? Please only answer if you are a Christian. No offense to anyone else, but I am seeking advice from a Christian viewpoint.
