Sometimes i will doze off and feel tired quite frequently during the day. I get sleepy very early at about 10-11pm and i will go to sleep but wake up very early again the next morning.

try to set a constant bed time and get about 7-8 hours of sleep... if you can't do that, then get a nap that'll last an hour at 1 or 2 PM... don't drink water 3 hours before you sleep-- unless if you're thirsty-- or eat or drink beverages that have caffeine... exercise a little in the morning, try to destress yourself, and just try to calm down... exams suck, eh? good luck on the exams!

Go to sleep early and get up early.
Maybe get in bed about 10:00 pm and get up about
3 am. I think you could get by on about 5 hours every other day.
5 hours Mon., 8 hrs. Tues, 5hours Wed. etc. A few days before the exam you can probably do about 5 hrs each night until about two days before the test then go back to at least 8 hours.
You don't want to be sleep deprived on the day of the test.

Have a good quality sleep not the hours. I know it is hard to do it as it is major exams but don't force yourself to study when you sleepy, go for a walk and relax.

It's not the quantity, it's the quality. Your body will let you know, you just have to listen to it. Sleep when you're tired, don't force yourself to stay up and study. Also, eat a balanced meal the morning of your exams. And last, relax, believe that you will pass the tests with confidence.

Around 8 hrs of sleep will do. But I think you can take a short nap ( around 15 - 20 mins) after your meal and it improve your ability to absorb the materials you need to study

actually right...there is no fix hour for me. even though experts recommend that teenagers need at least about 8 hours everyday. but i personally didnt follow what they say....

i can give you a tip.. during my school time, my habit is to slp in the day time but study in the night time. even though day time i will tend to get sleepy and dozed off in class, i still kept doing this. and i still maintain my standard........lolz.......anyway, what i did is to take power nap in between class during break time. i will slp for like 1-2hr, even 0.5hr. after that you will feel very refreshed and you will concentrate better and absorb things better.

hope this will help you....

Before you go to sleep try taking: Melatonin, Pantothenic Acid (B5) and Choline. The melatonin will bring you into REM faster and help regulate your amount of sleep, The Vitamin B5 will help seal your sensory gates better so you don't disrupt you sleeping pattern with every little sound and taking with Choline helps improve your memory.
