Well a little mystery is always good so if it's in a place usually covered it would be luring to the most curious of individuals. The small of the back above the rear is too common these days something smaller on the ankle or or leg somewhere would do the trick. But nothing too big -- it has to be something for close up eyes only if its purpose it to be sexy.

I am a woman, and everyone seems to like my back tattoos, so I'd go with that, I think its all about how a woman carries herself when dealing with tattoos, if you know how to work it then I think any spot can be sexy. But I'd go for the back.
