when someone asks an opinion he assumes that I have nothing to say and he tells me to shut up about everything.

Because you let him! Tell him you don't like it, and if he doesn't stop doing it, lose him and find somebody who appreciates your opinions and intelligence. Sounds like this jerk just wants you bod. You must not let anyone treat you disrespectfully, even if you need counseling to find out why you are putting up with it.

This guy sounds like a chauvanist pig... unfortunately even though we're now well into the 21st century they do still exist. Personally I' d 'get rid' of him and go for some one more enlightened or you could try giving him 5 minutes to speak and then you 5 minutes and so on.That's if you can even get that kinda person to agree.

he thinks that since you let him do that to you he will get by with it you need to do something about it or it will get worse and you should make him feel like he's the fly on the wall and stupid or suggest leaving his *** i would not put up with that.
