Nope, not without having a loan or some way of cheating. It isn't possible for anyone with a minimum wage job to survive without some form of help.

It is nearly impossible. I guess there might be agencies that will help you. But what bank is going to loan you money on a house you can't keep the mortgage paid. Try a contract for deed property and then when you move yourself up in pay then you can go get a conventional mortgage for that home.

Maybe two or three Hispanics who work at Wal-Mart plus two or three more Hispanics who work construction or landscaping. The combined income between those 4-6 people is sufficient to buy a house in many parts of the country.

No. New homes are out of reach for people of many income levels. I don't think people should settle for min. wage. You can make more per hour cleaning houses or mowing lawns.

There are all kinds of low income loans, but I don't see how they could do it? With the mortgage, insurance, taxes, utilities.........no way.
