I can throw pretty hard already, but I want to be able to hit people in the foot quickly and efficiently so they don't see it coming. Any tips on the mechanics of throwing a fastball? Any unconventional throwing styles or tips that work? Lay 'em on me. Most thorough and helpful response wins 10pts and a dodgeball to the face! :-)

just dont aim where ur gunna throw it cuz it will make u miss or it will just make u get hit because your not concintrationg enough! but u should just throw it twords there knees because the lower you throw it the faster it gose...... or do a windmill like on dodgball..... i do a windmil for softball and some of the softball for others go at 60 try it KICK SOME A$$ OH YEAH ALMOST FORGEOT.... when ur throwing if there isent alot of people left and u want alot of power in ur throw you should spin and release it as hard as u can... its not as good in the accuracy part though....

Is this using a small ball? Well all u got to do is hold it with 2 fingers on the top, and 2 fingers on the side and ur thumb on the opposite side. And then u throw it like a pitch!
