I have tried holding down right and left key on the dotted line to move it...doesn't work..task bar is not locked. It will not move, seems to be locked in that position of the screen, even though in properties it shows unlocked.

I mean its 9:02 PM where I am. My kids aren't in bed or bathed...but for some reason I can't log off? Am I seriously in a quest for knowledge OR do I think that I am going to miss something? What time is it where you are? AND why are you on Y!A?

I teach college courses in state correctional facilities. A student posed this question to me. I know that people with felonies are not allowed to become attorneys in some states, but I don't know if the restriction applies to all states. Thanks.

I asked a simple question about opting out of my daughter's school uniform policy, and I was attacked and received many unsolicited arguments and comments as to how great uniforms are, and how I'm stupid to oppose them, and only two actual answers to my question. Why do people get so upset at this issue? They acted like I said I was going to take thier children's uniforms away or something. What ever happened do having the decency to not answer a question if you don't know the answer? This is a QUESTIONS and ANSWERS forum, not a method whereby you can attack and harrass people who don't share your beliefs.

Each week all I [and my coworkers] receive from our boss is a plain company check. I signed a W2 and taxes are being taken out, but he does not give us pay stubs showing hours, amount of taxes, hourly wage, etc. I feel uncomfortable not having anything to keep for my records, and it just doesn't seem right that all he gives us is a check with our weekly amount writtin in. Does this sound fishy to anyone else?

ok well, i love my girlfriend, but we're not aloud to kiss and so we havnt. but today i tried to hug her, and she backed off... but she has this guy... which everyone who knows her has told me she likes, and hes like her best "guy" friend, and she hugs him all the time. i already know he likes her, but if she likes him and can go out with him, why is she draggin it out between us? and do u think she does like him or what? please please help.

I was with a freind who I don't spend much time with. We were walking around a schoolyard. There were other people around. I tried to slam dunk on a basketball hoop, and couldn't quite make it. And my friend was talking to a group of girls.

Then we were walking into a stranger's house, looking around and stuff. The guy wasn't home. I don't know why we were even in his house.

We opened the door, and I felt a little guilty about just walking into someone's house.

Then suddenly I was back outside and was throwing a football, and I didn't throw it too well. Then we were back inside the house again, and there were hundreds of blank yellow post-it notes flying around in the air.

And then I was at home, supposedly later that day, and saw on the news that the person that lived in that house was a horible criminal who had been caught there sometime after we left.

What possible meaning could this have? No god stuff either pls...

What is my subconscious mind saying?

Should I work for 2-3 yrs save my money and buy a new house Cash? I make 50+k a yr. in the Oil/Gas Industry. Then go back to school and get a bachlers in Business/Finance? I think this is the best move for me but I am not 100% sure? I DONT want to screw up my life by makeing bad choices. My main goal in life is to get rich and live like a star and I will do what ever it takes>... So do you think this is the best move I can make or go back to school this following yr.

All these three religions are the worst killer of human beings ever .Some kill on the name of Democracy, Some kill in the name of Allah? Some kill just to get a piece of land which they left. Everyone has reasons and excuses to blame eachother. They do fingerpointing on each other faith all day long and hardly few among them do really practices thier faith. Think I may need to contact Iqon,from one of answers I received I checked in power options in control panel and hibernation mode was checked,could this have caused it? I,ve checked for viruses-none-No Ad-ware. I check these every night.When weather was hot-few weeks ago (bludy freezin now) the fan was really noisey and I kept switchin off cos I thought it could get damaged. I was playing Tetris when it switched off twice in space of 1 hour. yesterday it switched off while i was looking through my music folders. It hasn't had any upgrades and back has never been off. I just thought i would ask incase there was something i had done wrong before I send it for service...Thanks for answers already received,very much appreciated*...
