Yes water has a taste for me I can only drink certain bottled water, I have only found Evian and Deja Blue to be the best.

Water is tasteless. But it picks up tastes from wells, mineral deposits, springs etc. Often it is sweet. Pure water is bitter from the filtration used. Like that hideous Aqua Fina crap! Maybe I have the name wrong, Dasani's competitor, by Pepsi. Horrible stuff!
