when I get on iinternet the pop-up comes on first Ihave to go around it. can some one help me

if it's from nsis, it's in program files /common files /nsis
You have to uninstall it

Do a back up of everything. Then Uninstall Things. Then reinstall everything from Installing CD or Floppy if you still use Floppies!

It may be a program from your Internet Service Provider or a security program loading. What does the popup say? It's probably a harmless thing.

First know who your provider is. Second make sure you have the latest version of your software. Third turn on your pop up blocker

get spyware pop-up blocker. i have it. i still get a few but they don't pop up on my screen. i just delete by clicking on thing down at the bottom. u click with the left button and then scroll down to close and ur free of pop ups!!!

yes get crap cleaner from file hippo its called there ccleaner than put yoursel a popup blocker on ccleaner cleans all the little bits of things left over from what ever you delete its really good belive me
my computer works so quick now i use it everytime i delete something.

Dude then get Anit-Virus protection cause u maybe went to bad sites and go VIRUS.. So the only way is to download a Anit-Virus program

Almost certain that you have got spy ware in your pc. Got to SPYbot and adaware to download the software to help removed your spyware.

It is spyware! go to ewido.net and download the free program. or do an online free scan there.
