I mean its 9:02 PM where I am. My kids aren't in bed or bathed...but for some reason I can't log off? Am I seriously in a quest for knowledge OR do I think that I am going to miss something? What time is it where you are? AND why are you on Y!A?

How old are your kids? If they are old enough to bathe themselves and put themselves to bed, then no need for a guilt trip. But... if they are too young to do for themselves, then SHAME ON YOU!

We ask questions for an honest answer to something we don't know. Some times just for fun and entertainment. It's 6:08pm where I am. I am on Y!A because I enjoy my breaks this way. This time I'm on because I am waiting for a fax to come through and killing time.

I too am in the Eastern Time Zone. I'm a stay-at-home mom. I am addicted to YA because I get to see what's on the mind of adults! People are fascinating and I get a real kick out of some of the things I read here.

In my opinion.....well for myself anyway...i enjoy the contact with people I don't know and at the same time I enjoy giving my opinions.

There are also cases where people become too "involved", therefore a balance is needed. This rules applies to all aspect of life I guess.

Oh and I'm from Montreal, Canada...and its 9:10pm
Take care!!

Congratulations! You're addicted to Yahoo! Answers. I swear they put subliminal messages somewhere on this site, which prevent you from leaving... Whether it's 1 in the afternoon or 1 in the morning, there's still a steady influx of questions for us to answer. Now that school's started, though, I can't stay up that late anymore. *cries*...

pondering they're our prompt associates to the north, additionally they have troops invested in Iraq, and we've numerous commerce with them, to no longer point out we get maximum of our petroleum from them, i might say they also have a vested interest in our politics, would not you? Canada has continuously been an excellent neighbor. it would behoove all human beings to stop being so xenophobic that they might't evaluate different viewpoints, regardless of if or no longer they believe them or no longer.

I think it's more of an addiction...trying to get points and feeling smarter about yourself by passing on some knowledge or opinions.

It's the same time here, and I am killing time while I run some tests at work (shhhhh....don't tell anyone!).

I am doing the laundry and I want to be able to stop using the computer at any time which is the beauty of this website versus a video game.

8:06 pm here. I am on because I am at work and have nothing better to do. I think people are on because they crave opinions and different options from people that don't know them and it helps them make decisions. Have a great one!
