I lift monday-thursday morning for football. Friday is varsity so it is closed that morning, also closed weekends. If i have a JV game on monday or tuesday and i lift the morning of the game i heard it affects your playing ability because your muscles are tired out is this so or does it help your game.

I've been having a problem with a virus. I bought Norton anti-virus and it is better now, but still not right. I have this thing called Brave Sentry that keeps popping up on my desktop. I've tried deleting it and uninstalling it and shredding it with Windows Washer and it keeps coming back.
Is it what's causing my problem? And how do I get rid of it for good?

Last week my ***** got cable television. Ever since this past Friday she's been sitting in front of the tv watching reruns of Project Runaway, Cops, MSNBC, while sitting in her cat piss smelling apartment? Before the cable we used to do things such as puzzles, go somewhere, or go to bed. With cable television and the net, we do nothing now.

what do you think about the radical christians who did those protests at the millitary funerals holding signs sayng your going to hell and god hates you and do other like that. I'm christian myself and that seems so unchristian. As christians we were taught to love everybody no matter race, religion, nationality, or wheather they gay or not

The story of Noah's Arc says that the Christians' God flooded the world for 40 days and nights, killing everything that wasn't on the arc. Doesn't this break the commandment of Thou shall not kill? And doesn't this qualify the Christians' God of mass murdering?

Quit calling me an immigrant. I am NOT an immigrant. I was born in Los Angeles County and I still live in southern California. Go look up immigrant in the dictionary you poo poo faces! I don't care if my ancestors immigrated here a few hundred years ago. Native Americans immigrated here via the bering land bridge from asia. The latinos came from spain. All of our ancestors are freaking immigrants. But I am NOT!

Thank you,
good night!
Hugs and Kisses!

There's an article about NASCAR in Food and Wine magazine! Talk about upscale!

I thought I put on the dog for my NASCAR gatherings, but Mario Batali has me beat. I'd party with him any day.

Perfect organization for "Termination without Cause".

Actual dialogue of a former WordPerfect Customer Support employee. (Now
I know why they record these conversations!):

Operator: "Ridge Hall, computer assistance; may I help you?"

Caller: "Yes, well, I'm having trouble with WordPerfect."

Operator: "What sort of trouble??"

Caller: "Well, I was just typing along, and all of a
sudden the words went away."

Operator: "Went away?"

Caller: "They disappeared."

Operator: "Hmm So what does your screen look like now?"

Caller: "Nothing."

Operator: "Nothing??"

Caller: "It's blank; it won't accept anything when I type."

Operator: "Are you still in WordPerfect, or did you get out??"

Caller: "How do I tell?"

Operator: "Can you see the C: prompt on the screen??"

Caller: "What's a sea-prompt?"

Operator: "Never mind, can you move your cursor around the
screen?"

Caller: "There isn't any cursor: I told you, it won't
accept anything I type."

Operator: "Does your monitor have a power indicator??"

Caller: "What's a monitor?"

Operator: "It's the thing with the screen on it that looks like
a TV. Does it have a little light that tells you
when it's on??"

Caller: "I don't know."

Operator: "Well, then look on the back of the monitor and
find where the power cord goes into it. Can you see
that??"

Caller: "Yes, I think so."

Operator: "Great. Follow the cord to the plug, and tell me if
it's plugged into the wall.

Caller: "Yes, it is."

Operator: "When you were behind the monitor, did you notice
that there were two cables plugged into the back of
it, not just one??"

Caller: "No."

Operator: "Well, there are. I need you to look back there
again and find the other cable."

Caller: "Okay, here it is."

Operator: "Follow it for me, and tell me if it's plugged
securely into the back of your computer."

Caller: "I can't reach."

Operator: "Uh huh. Well, can you see if it is??"

Caller: "No."

Operator: "Even if you maybe put your knee on something and
lean way over??"

Caller: "Oh, it's not because I don't have the right
angle - it's because it's dark."

Operator: "Dark??"

Caller: "Yes - the office light is off, and the only
light I have is coming in from the window.

Operator: "Well, turn on the office light then."

Caller: "I can't."

Operator: "No? Why not??"

Caller: "Because there's a power failure."

Operator: "A power......... A power failure? Aha, Okay, we've
got it licked now.Do you still have the boxes and manuals and
packing stuff your computer came in??"

Caller: "Well, yes, I keep them in the closet."

Operator: "Good. Go get them, and unplug your system and pack
it up just like it was when you got it. Then take
it back to the store you bought it from."

Caller: "Really? Is it that bad?"

Operator: "Yes, I'm afraid it is."

Caller: "Well, all right then, I suppose. What do I tell them??"

Operator: "Tell them you're too f*%king stupid to own a computer!!!!!"

He told me that if I didn't thak a shower that he would have to fire me. Well I got fired. Was it right for him to fire me, or did he violate freedom of religion?
