Maybe so but I'll stick with the standard tailgating fare.
When the ARCA teams are around the "Pork the other white meat" team throws a BBQ to feed the garage area tha is hard to beat.

crap. he was in charlotte and was talking about bbq, then he goes and makes spare ribs in ketchup sauce. Its all about mustard based sauce and pit cooked pork bbq in the carolinas, it kinda grated my nerves.
