Has anyone used Chlomid (or Clomid?!) with good results? I start on it soon and am curious to know peoples stories? Also why do they scan you at 10 days? I didnt understand that bit!!

i have to work 8 hour days alot and i get so bored. im not even "working" all i do is sit and look out a window and occasionaly get up to help someone for litterally one minute, or i clean. but im not aloud to bring magazines, books, nothing. an i work alone. any ideas on how to pass the time?

George Bush, Albert Einstein and Pablo Picasso have all died. Due to a glitch in the celestial time-space continuum, all three arrive at the Pearly Gates more or less simultaneously, even though their deaths have taken place decades apart. The first to present himself to Saint Peter is Einstein. Saint Peter questions him.

"You look like Einstein, but you have no idea the lengths certain people will go to, to sneak into Heaven under false pretenses. Can you prove who you really are?"

Einstein ponders for a few seconds and asks, "Could I have a blackboard and some chalk?" Saint Peter complies with a snap of his fingers. The blackboard and chalk instantly appear.

Einstein proceeds to describe with arcane mathematics and symbols his special theory of relativity. Saint Peter is suitably impressed.

"You really are Einstein! Welcome to heaven!"

The next to arrive is Picasso. Once again Saint Peter asks for his credentials. Picasso doesn't hesitate. "Mind if I use that blackboard and chalk?" Saint Peter says, "Go ahead."

Picasso erases Einstein's scribbles and proceeds to sketch out a truly stunning mural. Bulls, satyrs, nude women: he captures their essences with but a few strokes of the chalk. Saint Peter claps.

"Surely you are the great artist you claim to be! Come on in!"

The last to arrive is George Bush. Saint Peter scratches his head. "Einstein and Picasso both managed to prove their identity. How can you prove yours?"

Bush looks bewildered, "Who are Einstein and Picasso?"

Saint Peter sighs, "Come on in, George."

Here's the deal. I spent this weekend with a really close friend of mine, and we ended up getting even closer (if you know what i mean). Things were fine until today when we both went to work and had to go our separate directions so to speak, which is when then question of what is going on between us came up. (But unfortunately we don't work close to each other so had to put the conversation on hold.)

I'm pretty sure she likes me and I definitely like her and would love to be more than just friends. We are both obviously a bit apprehensive cause we don't want to jeopardise our friendship. I'm speaking to her later on, this evening, and just want advice on what I can say to :
a) make her realise that I am genuinly a nice guy and not out for one thing,
b) make her think that maybe we should try giving things a go,
and failing all that
c) make sure things aren't awkward and weird from now on.

Any help anyone can offer would really help stop my head from spinning!! Thanks

I usually get the gas, bloating, nausea feeling everyday after lunchtime that lasts throughout the evening pretty much. Sometimes I need to take Mylanta to sleep at night. When i take Tums during the day, that helps for like maybe 40 mins and then once i drink water or something, my gas starts back. even with mylanta, half the night is fine and then during morning hours again i get bloated, nausea, gas feeling. i know cause i keep having to burp every 10 15 minutes and sometimes i throw up as a result, othertimes i just burp and then the bloating and gassy feeling still stay with me. Any other woman experience this. And with vomitting instead of doing it every day like i used to, it happens maybe every 3/4 days in the evening time like right as i am drinking water or I gag on something that makes me throw up. I guess my body is more sensitive at this time. Generally will the gas, bloating, nausea feeling stop eventually? anyone else get these symptoms?

I am 8 months pregnant with my second child. When she is born, I plan on going back to work. My husband just got hired into a new shop. We were planning on having him be the stay at home parent, so our children won't have to be with someone we don't know and trust. The problem is, we could use both incomes. I don't like the idea of hiring a stranger to take care of my kids, and family just doesn't have the time (they have jobs, too). My question is, what are my options? I just don't trust people, I guess. Any input?

I think the number of people who were molested is huge. I was molested by an uncle for many years and never spoke up. I just wondered what percentage of people have been molested.
