It can mean several things, none of them dangerous. You could be distracted, worried, anxious, not excited enough, etc.

Women have a natural lubricant. If you get dry during sex that just means it's not stimulating enough. You should however get wet before sex, if not it's for the same reason

if its dry during n before sex means u'r not excited to the extent u need. sometimes its due to medical reasons also go n get checked
