I usually get the gas, bloating, nausea feeling everyday after lunchtime that lasts throughout the evening pretty much. Sometimes I need to take Mylanta to sleep at night. When i take Tums during the day, that helps for like maybe 40 mins and then once i drink water or something, my gas starts back. even with mylanta, half the night is fine and then during morning hours again i get bloated, nausea, gas feeling. i know cause i keep having to burp every 10 15 minutes and sometimes i throw up as a result, othertimes i just burp and then the bloating and gassy feeling still stay with me. Any other woman experience this. And with vomitting instead of doing it every day like i used to, it happens maybe every 3/4 days in the evening time like right as i am drinking water or I gag on something that makes me throw up. I guess my body is more sensitive at this time. Generally will the gas, bloating, nausea feeling stop eventually? anyone else get these symptoms?

Your going to have gas and bloating the whole preg. It may even get worse. (sorry) The nausea may go away soon. I'm sorry but preg. is not a pretty thing. Its gross and very uncomfortable.

Hi, I hope so! I'm twelve weeks gone with my first; and I've had similar symptoms. A feeling of nausea, bloating and terrible gas. I'm hoping it will go away within the next couple of weeks; everyone assures me it will! Then they say for the next few months you feel great, wonderful, on top of the world etc better than how you normally feel until you are due to have the baby when you get start feeling tired.
I'm on pregnacare vits and emex to help with the nausea; which it actually does during the day but by evening I need to rest or nothing helps at all. (Emex is a South African product.)
I'm fortunate in that I've never actually vomited.

Don't worry since the begining of time billions of women have done this, we can manage it as well. My only question is, how come when you are thinking of having a baby people only warn you about the birth experience??!

It is very normal to have those symptoms and yes they usually go away after the first trimester replaced by the baby's kicks. I also had my morning sickness in the evening and I burped so much that I got in the habit of burping loudly without even caring that i was in public.

Yes, it will stop. I have not been pregnant, but I do know that those feelings typically occur only during the first trimester, maybe a little into the second. But it will go away, and your symptoms are VERY VERY normal.

That is normal,,, specially if this is your first..
But your husband,,,anyone can help..
In our country,,, we have some kind of menthol oil that should be wiped on your back,,, on your belly,,, in front of your what should I say.. head of your vigina...just above the hairs...... this can be done before you go to sleep and also before getting out of bed..

Also,,, there is a kind of lemon... like a sunkist... it is being heated,,, then cut in half and when it is just not to hot for the skin... it is also wiped cross wise in your belly,,,... it helps also to prevent the gasses,,, etc... the burps...

But all these things are normal...
